MAUTHUK operates a B2B trust-intelligence platform. This policy explains what data we process on behalf of subscribed companies and how we protect it.
2. Data we process
We process company account data (registration, tax number, contacts), user accounts, customer identifiers (e.g. National ID) submitted for search, reviews and their attachments, and usage logs such as searches and audit events.
3. How data is used
Customer trust data is shared within the network under strict permission controls so that subscribed companies can evaluate trust history. Reviews are only published after moderation and approval.
4. Security
We enforce HTTPS for all traffic, hash passwords, encrypt data at rest, scan uploaded files for viruses, support multi-factor authentication, and maintain a tamper-evident audit log of sensitive actions.
5. Data retention
Audit logs and review records are retained for as long as required to operate the trust network and to meet legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Companies may request access to, correction of, or removal of records associated with their account, subject to platform and legal requirements. Blacklist removal follows a formal request workflow.
