1. Acceptance
By accessing MAUTHUK, you agree to these terms on behalf of your company. Only verified, subscribed companies may use the platform.
2. Subscriptions
Access is governed by your subscription plan and its limits (searches, users, storage, API). Expired subscriptions cannot log in, search, or access APIs until renewed.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to submit accurate, evidence-backed reviews and to use customer trust data only for legitimate business evaluation. Misuse, fabrication of reviews, or unauthorized data sharing is prohibited.
4. Reviews & moderation
All reviews pass through a moderation workflow. MAUTHUK may approve, reject, or remove content and is not liable for the accuracy of member-submitted information.
5. Blacklist & whitelist
Blacklisting and whitelisting follow defined conditions and approval processes. Affected parties may submit removal requests for review.
6. Liability
The platform provides decision-support intelligence, not a guarantee. Final business decisions remain the responsibility of the member company.
